What am I actually charged today?
The first month of the plan you choose, paid securely through Stripe when you order, and nothing else. The plan is a monthly subscription from then on. On Draft that is $127, on Proof $267, on Edition $647. The $697 one-time build fee is waived, so it is not charged now and it is not added to a later invoice either.
How long is the build fee waived for?
Until December 31, 2026. Orders placed on or before that date carry no build fee at all. After it, the build fee returns to $697, invoiced only once the site is live and you have approved it, which is how it has always worked here.
Is the monthly price discounted too?
No. The monthly plan prices are unchanged at $127, $267 and $647. The offer is the build fee and only the build fee, which is the honest way to say it.
When does the site go live?
7 days from the onboarding call on Draft, 10 days on Proof and 15 days on Edition. The clock starts at the call rather than at the payment, because the call is where we get what we need.
What if I do not have my content ready?
Order anyway. The onboarding form takes what you have and the rest follows by email or as a ticket in your client portal. We write the pages; you approve them. Nothing publishes without your word.
What counts as a revision after launch?
Any change you ask for, of any size. 5 a month are included on every plan and each is completed within 2 to 5 working days. Beyond that they are a flat $20 each, with no cap and no hourly billing. Weekly detail updates, like a new producer or a carrier change, never count as a revision.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
All sales are final. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge from our billing, reported within 30 days, which we refund to the original payment method. The full detail is in the refund policy, and it is worth two minutes before you order.
How do I cancel later?
Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. Your site stays live and managed to the end of the month you have paid for, your domain stays in your name, and we send an export of your content.
Who owns the site when the build fee has been waived?
You do, exactly as you would have anyway. The waiver changes the invoice, not the arrangement: the site, the content, the articles and the domain are yours, and nothing about ownership is tied to the fee being paid.
Do I have to pick the right plan now?
No. Start on Draft and move up to Proof or Edition whenever the agency is ready. Moving up does not trigger a new build fee, and it does not restart the build.
