This is a single payment. It sets up no subscription and nothing is charged again for the build.

Before you pay
Is this a subscription?
No. The build fee is one payment of $697. It starts no subscription and nothing is taken again for the build. Your monthly plan is a separate subscription, billed on its own.
Do I need to pay this?
Only if an invoice from us says a build fee is due. Plans started on or before December 31, 2026 have the build fee waived, so there is nothing to pay here. If you are not sure, email us before paying and a person will check.
Why is the amount the same on every plan?
Because the build is the same on every plan. Draft, Proof and Edition all get the same designed site, the same page for every line and the same coverage finder. The plans differ in how much of the work after launch we take on, which is what the monthly fee covers.
Is paying here safe?
Yes. The payment runs on Stripe, over an encrypted connection, and your card details are handled by Stripe rather than by this site. We see that a payment was made and for how much, never the full card number.
Can the build fee be refunded?
All sales are final, and the build fee is not refundable. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge from our billing, reported within 30 days, which is refunded to the original payment method. The refund policy has the detail.
Does paying the build fee change my monthly plan?
No. The monthly plan carries on exactly as it was, on its own billing date. The build fee settles the build and nothing else.
