The offer

What exactly do I get for the monthly fee?

A designed, fully managed insurance agency website: a brand system set for your agency, a page for every line you write and every office you run, the coverage finder feeding your AMS or CRM, weekly detail updates, 2 researched articles a week, Cloudflare hosting and monitoring. Proof adds the AI Engine and Edition adds the Content Engine. The only thing not in the monthly fee is the $697 one-time build fee, invoiced after launch.

Is this a template with our logo dropped in?

No. Every site starts from a design system we set for your agency: type scale, color, spacing, imagery direction and the layout of a coverage page. The structure underneath is shared across our builds because it is fast and proven, but what a visitor sees is composed for your agency and your lines, and it stays consistent from the home page to the last carrier page.

Which insurance agencies is this built for?

Agencies that care how they look and write more than one line. Independent multi-line shops, commercial specialists, personal lines agencies, life and health, Medicare agents, benefits brokers, captive agents, wholesalers and MGAs, specialty programs and agency networks. Each has its own page under Who we build for, with the pages and the coverage finder configuration that fit that book.

Do you give insurance advice or quote coverage on the site?

Never. We are a website design and management studio, not an insurance agency, broker, carrier or licensed producer. The coverage finder narrows a prospect to the right line and collects a quote request; every rate, eligibility answer and recommendation comes from your licensed people. Pages carry the disclaimers your compliance requires and we write nothing that reads as advice.

What is the coverage finder?

A short guided path on your site. A prospect chooses what they need to protect, answers two or three plain questions, and the finder points them to the right line of business and a quote request with only the fields your producers need. The submission lands in your AMS or CRM by API, Zapier or Make, tagged with the line, so nobody retypes it.

Onboarding

What happens right after we sign up?

You fill in the onboarding form: your lines, carriers, offices, producers, AMS or CRM, and any brand assets you have. Submit it with whatever you have ready; anything missing can follow later by email or as a ticket in your client portal, and it never holds up the build. Next comes one onboarding call to fill any gaps and confirm the launch date, then we design and build.

What if we do not have everything the onboarding form asks for?

Submit the form with whatever is ready. Logos, carrier lists, office details or copy you do not have yet can follow afterward by email or as a ticket in your client portal, and none of it delays the start of the build. The onboarding call is where we catch anything still outstanding.

Revisions and updates

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request, with no limit on how much goes into one: a new producer, three carrier logos, a rewritten commercial page and a new office can all be one request. 5 are included every month, requested from your client portal. After that each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap and no hourly billing anywhere. Unused revisions do not roll over. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days.

What are weekly detail updates?

The small, constant changes an agency accumulates: a producer joins or leaves, a carrier appointment changes, hours shift for a holiday, a new line goes live, a claims number changes. You send them in an email whenever they happen and we apply them within the week, on top of your revisions. It is how the site stays accurate without anyone at the agency logging in.

Can we ask for a design change, not just a copy change?

Yes. A layout change, a new section, a different imagery direction or a rework of the coverage finder all count as a revision like any other. Larger redesigns that change the whole brand system are scoped separately in writing so you know before we start, but nothing about the monthly fee stops you evolving the design as the agency grows.

Articles

What are the articles about, and who writes them?

Our writers research and write 2 long-form articles a week on Draft and Proof, and 3 on Edition, each 2,500 to 3,200 words. Topics are drawn from the lines you write and the questions your producers hear: what a certificate of insurance is, how a BOP differs from a package policy, what to bring to a Medicare review. Every figure cites a real source and nothing is written as advice for a specific person.

Do we approve articles before they go live?

You can. Some agencies ask to review every piece for compliance, especially in life, health and Medicare; others let us publish on a schedule and skim afterwards. Tell us on the onboarding call which you want. Either way, you can ask us to correct, revise or remove any article at any time, and corrections are handled within the week, outside your revision count.

The AI Engine

What does the AI Engine on Proof actually do?

It answers the phone, the site chat, SMS, Messenger and Instagram with an agent that knows your lines, hours, offices and how you like a quote request taken. It collects the details, books a call with the right producer and hands off anything that sounds like advice to a person. You get a call-analysis PDF for every conversation. We file the A2P 10DLC registration so texting works from day one.

How is AI usage billed on Proof?

The Proof monthly fee is $267 plus AI usage. Usage is the cost of minutes, messages and carrier fees the providers charge us, passed through at cost and billed monthly in arrears. There is no markup and no minimum. A quiet month costs less than a busy one, and the call-analysis PDFs show you exactly what the agent handled.

Will the AI agent give insurance advice to a prospect?

No. The agent is configured to describe what the agency does, take quote request details and book a producer. Any question about whether a coverage applies, what a policy costs or whether someone is eligible is handed to a licensed person at your agency. You review the scripts before launch and can tighten them at any time. This is a hard line for us, not a setting.

Hosting and management

Where is the site hosted, and what does managed mean?

On Cloudflare, close to your visitors, with SSL, backups, security headers and uptime monitoring included and nothing itemized. Managed means we keep it running: framework updates, dependency updates, performance checks and fixes happen without you noticing. Nobody at the agency logs in to a builder, installs a plugin or renews a certificate. If something breaks because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

Is 90+ PageSpeed really guaranteed?

Yes. Every page we build and host is guaranteed 90+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile and desktop. Sites are hand-coded, static pages with almost no JavaScript, images sized and compressed at build time, and served from the edge. If a page we built falls below that score because of our work, we fix it at no charge. The guarantee does not cover third-party embeds you ask us to add.

Who owns the site and the content?

You own everything you give us and everything we write for you: copy, articles, imagery you supplied, your domain. The design and the code that runs the site stay ours while the plan is active, which is what keeps the monthly fee low. If you ever leave, we export your content and articles within 14 days so nothing you paid for is lost.

Domains

Do we keep our existing domain?

Yes. Point your current domain at the new site and every old URL that matters is redirected so rankings carry over. If you do not have one yet, we register one for you free through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, in your name, for as long as the plan is active. Either way the domain is always yours, never ours.

Can we run separate domains for separate offices or brands?

Usually one site with a page per office is the stronger structure, and it is what we recommend for most multi-office agencies because it concentrates authority. Where a second brand genuinely needs its own identity, for instance a benefits division or a program under a different name, we scope a second site on its own plan. We will tell you honestly which fits.

Moving from your current site

What happens to our current site while you build?

It stays live until launch day. We build on a private preview, you review it, and when you approve we switch the domain over. The switch takes minutes, old URLs redirect to their new equivalents, and Google is told about the move through the sitemap. There is no period where prospects see a broken or half-finished site.

Will we lose search rankings when we move?

Not if the move is done properly, and that is our job. We map every existing URL to its new page, add 301 redirects, keep page titles that were working, and submit the new sitemap on launch day. Because the new site is faster and structured with a page per line and per office, most agencies see search visibility improve within the ranking window we guarantee.

Billing

What do I actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $127 for Draft, $267 plus AI usage for Proof, or $647 for Edition. The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you have approved it. There are no other fees: hosting, domain, updates and articles are inside the monthly.

Can we cancel, and what happens if we do?

Yes, by email, reaching us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours of 9:00 to 17:00 Central, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. A message outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so an email sent over the weekend does not give 2 business days notice for a Monday or Tuesday invoice. Cancel with proper notice and the site stays live and managed to the end of the paid month, then we export your content and articles and hand over your domain. Give late notice and the next invoice is still charged, with cancellation taking effect at the end of that month. All sales are final: the current and any prior month is not refunded, and if you cancel before the build starts the build fee is never charged. Full detail is in the refund policy.

Can we start on Draft and move to Proof or Edition later?

Yes, and most agencies do. Moving up takes effect on your next billing date; the AI Engine or Content Engine is switched on within the week. Moving down works the same way. There is no second build fee because the site itself does not change, only what runs alongside it.
